So my creature is the Wendigo! And i know that the traditional wending myth doesn't fit with The Gloaming so why not a misunderstood creature? Johnny said that the design of a lot of his creatures was by misreading certain aesthetics of the faeries, (A gnomes hat for example), so why not make a gentle giant who's misread as a monstrous cannibal? he's a sweet lizard man who, though being afforest folk, looks mor like a dragon, so he wears this moose skull he's picked up on his travels and doesn't realise that it looks terrifying. it doesn't help that he hangs out in swamps (its warmer there), or that his nose poking out of the eye sockets breathing steam is nightmarish.
i based his anatomy off of a mix of different creatures. theres mostly horse but i tied in a bit of iguanodon skeleton to give him that dinosaur feel to him. For the shoulders i had to see how a gorillas bones were organised then recreate a shoulder that would allow for three arms on either side.
considering this was my last attempt at this project, id say I've improved a touch.
